 Alexander Technique

People who have had private lessons can benefit very much from beginning to work in a small study group with others of a similar level of experience.

In a friendly and informal atmosphere there will be scope to discuss the primary concepts (inhibition, direction, end-gaining, means-whereby, force of habit, sensory appreciation); to ask questions, exchange ideas and, above all, to try in a practical way to explore the application the Alexander Technique to all kinds of activities and situations.

These classes also give the opportunity to get to know other people who share an interest in the Alexander Technique.
